• Except for the 8:00 a.m. game, all teams must be at their assigned gyms 30- minutes prior to their scheduled game time. 

• ONLY WATER will be allowed in the gyms. NO GATORADE.
  Anyone not following this rule will be asked to leave the building.

• A certified trainer will be on duty at Westfield State College and Holyoke Community College  on Saturday and Sunday during the games.

• Customizable tournament T-Shirts will be available.

• Two card-carrying AAU coaches per team will be allowed on the bench.

• Refreshments, particularly water, will be available.

• Coaches are responsible for informing players of schedule and directions. Directions for sites are posted. For directions between Westfield State and Holyoke Community College (for two-team coaches that have games at both sites), click here.

• Spectators need to bring folding chairs with rubber-tipped legs to both sites.
